Mountain Climbing in Japan!: Climbing Mt. Nantai - 日本の百名山 ー 男体山

I love exploring Japan! I took a trip to nearby Nikko and climbed the famous Nantai-san! Nantai is one of the 100 Famous Mountains in Japan (百名山 - hyakumeizan). It is also the fourth hyakumeizan that I have climbed since living in Japan. It was a steep climb (over 1,200m ascent from the starting point) with a total height of around 2,400m above sea level. The trail was also very eroded and craggy. But it was worth making it to the top. Enjoy the video and enjoy some fun little surprises as well!
